Yale Policy Institute High School Academic Fellowship

A nine-week academic program for Grades 9–12 students interested in public policy, research, international affairs, and the US political landscape. Fellows work with Yale student mentors, attend lectures by guest experts, explore different policy areas, and collaborate on short policy proposals.

Mentorship from Yale students; exposure to different policy fields; development of critical thinking, research, communication, and leadership skills; teamwork; practice writing policy proposals; and interaction with guest speakers.

Open to Grades 9–12 high-school students interested in public policy, research, international affairs, and public service. Applications are submitted online.
