Terra Research Program

Terra Research is an 8-week, structured research mentorship program for ambitious high school students. Students work with mentors connected to universities such as Princeton, Oxford, Yale, Emory, and Rice to develop a real academic research paper, with guidance on research methodology, writing, editing, and publication.

1:1 mentorship with experienced researchers and scholars affiliated with leading universities. 8 individual mentorship sessions throughout the program. 16 interactive group seminars over the 2-month program. Opportunity to develop an original research question and conduct independent research. Training in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research. Personalized written feedback on research drafts, methodology, and academic writing. Development of a complete academic research paper. Guidance on editing, revision, and preparing research for publication. Opportunity to receive publication guidance and advice on submitting research to academic journals. Small cohort of up to 20 students, allowing for individualized support. Opportunity to strengthen a student's academic portfolio and university application. Program fee: $320, with a monthly installment option of $160/month. The program includes 2-month program access, 8 individual mentorship sessions, 16 group seminars, personalized written feedback, and publication guidance.

Designed for high school students. No specific age range is currently published by Terra Research. Strong interest in academic research and willingness to explore a research question independently. Motivation and commitment to complete an intensive 8-week research program. Ability to work independently between mentoring sessions. Sufficient English proficiency for seminars, mentor communication, academic reading, and research writing. Ability to attend the required online individual and group sessions. Willingness to develop and complete an original academic research paper. Admission is selective, with cohorts limited to approximately 20 students.
