Description
The International Earth Science Olympiad (IESO) is an annual international competition for secondary-school students in Earth Sciences. It assesses knowledge and skills across geology, geophysics, meteorology, oceanography, terrestrial astronomy and environmental sciences. The competition includes theoretical and practical components as well as international team-based activities. IESO is organized under the International Geoscience Education Organisation (IGEO).
