Description
Nobel Navigators is a global online internship and skills-development programme for young people. Participants complete Nobel Fundamentals, develop technical, communication and leadership skills, and can then join international teams and specialised areas.
The programme follows a learner → leader → coach model: participants first develop their own skills, then help facilitate learning for other participants and gain practical experience in leadership, teamwork and international collaboration.
