Rice University Precollege Program

A 100% online academic enrichment program for high school students aged 13+, designed by Rice University faculty. Students explore university-level subjects through flexible asynchronous learning, receive mentor support and complete a final Capstone Project. Courses are available year-round.

Courses designed by Rice faculty; flexible self-paced learning; mentor support; a completed Capstone Project; Rice University Certificate of Completion; opportunity to explore potential majors before university.

Students 13+ who are currently enrolled in high school or an equivalent program, or within one year of graduation. International students are welcome. No transcript or recommendation letters are required. Applicants provide basic information and a brief personal statement. All application materials must be submitted in English. English proficiency exams are not required.
