Financial Times Student Advocate Programme

An international virtual work-experience programme for secondary-school students. Participants complete practical tasks, engage with Financial Times journalism, develop ideas to reach younger readers, interact with FT staff, and collaborate with students internationally.

Develops leadership, critical thinking, communication and teamwork; offers exposure to professional journalism, international collaboration, opportunities to represent student perspectives, and virtual work experience.

Designed for secondary/high-school students worldwide, with competitive selection through FT Schools. Schools nominate students.
