El-Yurt Umidi Foundation Scholarship

A government-funded scholarship programme established under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop highly qualified professionals through education at leading foreign universities. It supports bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies, with priority given to fields important for Uzbekistan's development.

The Foundation can cover tuition fees, visa expenses, medical insurance, travel to and from the host country once per academic year, living expenses, accommodation, and necessary textbooks and research materials, subject to approved funding limits. Scholars gain international academic experience and develop expertise that can contribute to Uzbekistan's economic and social development.

Applicants must be citizens of Uzbekistan and meet the age, education, work-experience, and other eligibility requirements for their chosen degree. Under the applicable regulations, bachelor's applicants must not be older than 30; master's applicants must be aged 22–40 and have at least one year of work experience; doctoral applicants must be aged 25–45 and have at least two years of work experience. Applicants must follow the current competition rules, provide the required documents, and pass the selection process.
