TASIMO — Tashkent International Mathematics Olympiad

An international mathematics olympiad for students in Grades 3–11, academic lyceums, and vocational schools. The Olympiad consists of three stages: an online national qualification stage, a second qualifying stage, and an in-person international final in Tashkent. Its objectives include developing students' mathematical and creative abilities, encouraging interest in research, and supporting talented students.

International competition; participation opportunities for students from Uzbekistan and other countries; standard and non-standard mathematical problems; opportunity to earn an international medal; participation in an in-person final in Tashkent; strong addition to a mathematics/STEM portfolio. Finalists also participate in a dedicated final-stage program, while winners receive gold, silver, and bronze medals.

Open to students in Grades 3–11, academic lyceums, and vocational schools. Students from eligible foreign schools may also participate. The Olympiad has 3 stages: Stage 1 — online; Stage 2 — online/offline for top-performing participants; Stage 3 — in-person international final in Tashkent. No separate motivation essay, recommendation letter, or interview is required. Final participation is based on qualification through earlier stages or other direct qualification routes specified in the rules.
