The Ethical Leadership Experience (TELE)

A highly interactive two-week online leadership program for teenagers aged 15–18. Participants from around the world explore ethical leadership, identity, justice, social action, sustainability, and global perspectives while working collaboratively on projects and leading peer activities.

Develops ethical and compassionate leadership; strengthens cross-cultural communication and collaboration; provides experience working on international projects; encourages social-impact thinking; builds a global peer network; provides access to the broader LAJF/Camp Rising Sun community, including potential mentorship and scholarship opportunities.

Applicants must be 15–18 years old at the start of the program, be available for the full two-week online session, and be able to communicate in English. No previous leadership experience is required. Applicants can apply from anywhere in the world. Shortlisted applicants are invited to a 15-minute interview. The program looks for curiosity, openness, interest in the world, and willingness to engage with others.
