Toastmasters International is a global educational organization that helps participants develop public speaking, communication, leadership and presentation skills through regular club meetings, prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, peer feedback and organizational roles. In Kazakhstan, clubs include Almaty Toastmasters, Qazaq Toastmasters and Astana Toastmasters Club. Anyone can attend a club meeting as a guest regardless of age and gradually develop public-speaking skills. Official Toastmasters International membership requires participants to be 18 years or older.

Requirements
Attending a club meeting as a guest is available regardless of age and does not require official Toastmasters International membership. Guests may participate in basic meeting roles such as Timer, Ah Counter and Grammarian, and may also prepare and deliver their first Ice Breaker Speech, subject to the individual club's meeting rules. These activities do not require participants to become official members or to be 18 years old. To become an official Toastmasters International member, a participant must be 18 years or older. No previous public-speaking experience is required. No motivation essay, academic transcript or recommendation letter is required for joining a club.
